How will my order be delivered?

That will depend upon the size and weight of your purchase. Smaller, lighter packages will be sent via US Mail. Heavier or bulkier packages will be sent via UPS. We occasionally use FedEx if necessary.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?

In stock items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt Monday through Friday (except holidays). We strive to deliver your purchase within seven days of your order.

What are the return policies for online orders?

• A guest may receive a full refund on merchandise returned within 90 days with the original invoice/receipt.
• Returned merchandise must be in original condition with include all packaged accessories.
• No returns may be made on any opened recorded music, software, videos or other forms of recorded media. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase.
• Seasonal and clearance items are non-returnable.
